Important: Please think about this decision carefully. Unfortunately, you cannot change your answer. We will plan based on your initial response. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not cool. However, if you need to cancel your registration for an important reason, please reach out to lightning-team@on-running.com at least 24h before your chosen time.
What's next:
Stage 1: Individual tests
After a successful registration you will receive a link for a personality and job interest test as well as all details via email sent by Joerg Blunder, our external expert & your individual career & development coach. (Please check your Spam)
NB: The test results will be sent automatically to you and Joerg only. Please save it and read it before the first coaching session.
Stage 2: Crafting your personal vision and development plan
Through 1:1 online coaching sessions, you will reflect on your test results, shape your career vision beyond your professional career as an athlete, and outline a customized development plan.
All interactions will remain strictly between you and Joerg.
Stage 3: Sharing your insights
Any feedback on your experiences and learnings as well as any recommendation are highly appreciated as we continuously make improvements. If you agree, we would send you a short survey to receive your learnings and recommendations. Your responses will remain confidential and will only be used for the design of the Career & Development program.
